Just keep swimming....

Oh my -not doing well on the goal to blog once a week I must have meant once a year:) Life is going great for us. We have truly been blessed... I often need to remind myself of this as life has been a bit crazy lately. But when I take the time to slow down and consider all things I see how truly blessed I am to have such an incredible, strong and generous husband and five beautiful, intelligent and kind children. I just wanted to refelct on that a minute.... well that must be all for know my dear Sophie has decided sleep is just not her thing.

Eliza Beth is Here!!!

This is our newest little cutie!! Miss Ellie was born February 11th weighing in at 7lbs 7oz and 19 3/4 inches long. She is the sweetest baby!!

The joys (?) of summer...

Since today is the official first day of summer I thought I would catch everybody up on what we're up to.... We've been going to the children's museum, the beach and the aquarium. And working in our yard and garden the kids love playing outside in the pool. And of course the lazy afternoons spent in mommies bed watching movies. Josh is doing swim team again this year so that reading is keeping him very busy. Mattie is currently crawling around the house barking while Brian is trying to convince Sophie that she doesn't want to eat her lunch so he can have it... probably won't happen because Sophie is quite the little piggie. Andrew has been working a lot lately he only has one more semester and will graduate December 16th. I've been feeling a bit under the weather although I'm sure I'll be fine... Well Sophie is now crying I assume Brian took her lunch I'll post again later.

Boys will be boys!!!!!

Mattie has decided although she's not potty trained she doesn't need to wear a swim diaper... at Brian's party she gets out of the pool and wants to get on the trampoline Andrew goes to jump with her and realizes that she's gone "potty". Andrew comes and tells me I then realize I should have been more specific because all I said was "If you need to go potty get out of the pool" LOL!!!!

Happy Birthday to Brian!!!!! Our big five year old that keeps telling us that when he's "done" being five then he'll be six and have another party!!!!

Yeah Summer is Here!!!!

We are often saying "where's Mattie?" since she hates wearing bows and is often "lost" behind her banges :) Here she's saying "cheese".

I'm thinking "cute easter pictures" they're thinking can we PLEASEEEE hunt eggs now???

How handsome is Josh he's not doing a very good of "not attracting girls" till he's 26!!!!!!

Brian has joined Josh in the ranks of human ygarbage disposal!!! The other night we ordered Zaxby's and Brian finished up everyone's meals!!
